We closed on Corvidae Co-op! Bringing 10 homes in a beautiful courtyard community to Columbia City, with down payments between $10 - 30k in a neighborhood with typical down payments well over $100k.

Frolic is excited to announce that we have been selected as a Top 10 finalist for the 2023 Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability, a national award to recognize ambitious, feasible, and scalable solutions to housing affordability.
