"Every time I visit the community I am awed by the feeling of the place. The central courtyard recently hosted a mariachi band and 30 people for a baby shower. Neighbors hang out throughout the day the shared spaces and even cook large meals for each other twice a week. To me, it is such a great demonstration of how the design of the environments we live in can change the way we live, and the culture of what daily life looks and feels like. It's an honor to get to work with such skilled designers in our projects and to bring places like this to life."
